A note from the editor

Lately I've been thinking about something Elizabeth Gilbert writes in Big Magic: ideas have a funny way of sticking around. They whisper, they linger, and if they're meant for you, they don't really leave you alone. This issue is a reminder that the best careers rarely follow a straight line—they're usually built from detours, curiosity, and finally saying yes to the thing that just won't stop calling. This week’s features are no different!

You’ll continue to hear me refer back to Big Magic because I truly believe every founder and business owner (big or small) can relate back to the guiding principles and self-talk that encourage you to follow the little ideas that won’t leave you alone. The ones that start as a side project, a random thought, or something you wish existed—and eventually (hopefully, maybe) become the thing you build your life around.
